The location of the hotel was conveniently situated for my meetings and allowed for easy access to local transportation. the hotel also offered some useful amenities, such as a mini-fridge in my room and free Wi-Fi.

The staff were not very accommodating or helpful, most of them struggled to understand English. There was only one person on duty at times, which could cause delays in being assisted.

The location of the hotel was convenient for those attending UNESCAP meetings. the rooms had basic amenities and were clean. There was a coffee maker in the room and a small fridge for drinks. the view from the rooms was nothing to write home about but it was adequate for a budget hotel.

The staff was not very conversant in English, which made it difficult to communicate. It was difficult to get any assistance from the front desk as there was usually only one person on duty, therefore service was slow.
